Sage Gray, Esq.
Sage Gray is a California attorney and graduate of California Western School of Law, where she received academic achievement awards in trial advocacy, federal crimes, constitutional law, and First Amendment law. Her legal education emphasized courtroom skills, constitutional protections, and the practical realities of criminal litigation.
Before law school, Sage worked with the Hawaii Innocence Project, assisting in the review of wrongful conviction claims and post-conviction advocacy. During law school, she served at Legal Aid Society of San Diego, where she worked in the Domestic Violence and Civil Restraining Order Clinic, representing individuals in high-stakes hearings that often carried significant personal and legal consequences.
Sage approaches criminal defense with the understanding that people seek legal help during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Her practice is guided by the belief that no one should have to navigate the criminal legal system alone. She is committed to providing steady guidance, clear communication, and strong advocacy to help clients move through an overwhelming process with dignity and confidence.
Sage has already helped clients achieve meaningful results in court, including the dismissal of serious charges and allegations that carried life-altering consequences. Her work has included obtaining the dismissal of an attempted murder charge in a gang case, securing the removal of a strike allegation in a burglary matter, and successfully defending against restraining order requests based on serious allegations of violence. She has also worked on complex special circumstance murder and gang cases and has successfully opposed efforts by the prosecution to combine separate murder trials, protecting clients from unfair and prejudicial proceedings.
